TRANSFORMATIONS: A FASHION SHOWCASE

This Earth Day inspired showcase celebrated the creativity and strides of Turning Heads’ at-risk San Francisco youth with a love for sewing and fashion as they set new sights for themselves through the mentorship of aspiring CCSF fashion designers. Eight teams, 1 CCSF designer paired with 1 Turning Heads designer, transformed recycled clothing from Goodwill Industries into exquisite evening wear.

April 25, 2012 over 100 guests: designers, colleagues from local design programs, families, friends and interested fashionistas crowded into the downtown Wells Fargo Bank for a lively evening of models sporting the stunning, sparkling eveningwear, refreshments and much networking.
